Spray cart 1000K - Hydracell Pump G25 50l/min~70bar

This spraying cart is equipped with a Hydracell G25 pump, which is resistant to aggressive disinfectants such as Natronloog, GS-4, Flusol Forte, or various abrasive chalk agents. This pumpunit is ideal for cleaning and disinfection of the greenhouse interior and chalking of the exteriour. It`s also possible pump various Menno disinfection products.

The pump is pressure controlled, which means that you simply set the desired pressure using the potentiometer, after which you have the same working pressure continuously. There is no overflow to the tank because the pump speed adjusts to the amount of fluid required. When the spray gun or spray boom is closed, the pump will stop. This will benefit the lifetime of the pump. Foaming in the tank also belongs to the past. In addition, a very constant pressure is created which is desirable in high precision spraying.

This model is equipped with a D3RE5 Dosatron combined with a 60 liter tank, which can be used for mixture of disinfection agents. The cart has two hose connnectors at the back, for simultanious working with 2 hoses. In addition, the cart is equipped with an external level indicator, stainless steel bucket cleaner, tank filling point at the top and bottom of the tank with anti-swirl inlet and 2 stirring injectors. The spray cart is optionally equipped a WCR hose reel.
