This cart disinfector provides complete coverage of disinfectant on stacking carts. The disinfection tunnel is equipped with an arsenal of nozzles, which covers all corners and holes of the carts. Thanks to the wide-jet nozzles, even upright edge boards are no obstacle for a complete coverage.
The trolley disinfector contributes to a hygienic growing environment in which the risk of transferring diseases and pests is kept to a minimum. This hygiene line is mainly used in plant nurseries, where the hygiene of logistical equipment is essential.
Simple operation
The transport carts are driven into the machine by an electric tow truck. The disinfection is remotely started and stopped by the driver.

The installation can be equipped with a dosatron and storage barrel which can be assembled according to your requirements.
Robust stainless steel construction
The frame is made out of stainless steel (316), which is resistant to disinfectants. The frame is fitted with synthetic guides on the inside, so that the stacking carts are guided through the disinfector without damage. The frame is fitted with a PVC cover in the desired colour, or transparent. The cart decontaminator is easy to move by forklift truck.
Cleaning
In case of substantial contamination, the trolleys must first be rinsed before disinfection.
