The Imovilli MP246 spray pump is internally split, providing two separate pressure lines with a capacity of 115 l/min at 80 bar. The pressure in the sections is controlled independently of each other. Both sections are equipped with a pressure relief valve, allowing the pump to run unloaded when no liquid is being drawn off.
56 kW Stage V diesel engine
The diesel engine is equipped with a dynamic regeneration process. The necessary regeneration processes are carried out when there is sufficient load during normal operation. This means there are no delays due to static regeneration processes.
Integrated fluid tank
A 400-litre buffer tank is integrated into the frame. The tank is equipped with a level monitor, which prevents the pump from running dry. The tank is equipped with an external suction filter and drain valve.
Robust frame with soundproofing cladding
The steel frame is fitted with fork sleeves in the length and width directions. Where possible, the cladding is fitted with sound-absorbing foam. The diesel tank is suitable for at least 16 hours of continuous use and is equipped with a level indicator.
