Description

The caterpillar shredder is designed for remote controlled shredding of amaryllis, planting material chrysanthemums and similar horticultural crops.

The narrow tracks and high ground clearance of the shredder enables the shredder to drive over the growing trays. The crop can be shredded at any desired height and is collected in a detachable container. The machine has an optional transverse carriage for easy displacement of the shredder to another path. The machine is equipped with a lifting/coupling arrangement for easy swapping of containers.
