This fully electric driven Bio Hopper is a very powerful and efficient machine for emission-free clearing of various horticultural crops, leaf waste, substrates, foil, etc. This machine is used in various crops, such as tomatoes, cucumbers, strawberries and other soft fruits, chrysanthemums, etc.

Emission-free clearing

During cultivation, cucumber crops or tomato leaves, for example, can be cleared without the risk of damage to the crop due to exhaust gases. This crop rotation machine can be coupled behind any forklift for moving, is fed by means of a 32 Amp connection and is optionally available for various power supplies other than 400V @ 50Hz.

Straight and fold-free fabric winding

The Bio Hopper is equipped with integrated fabric steering, which enables the transpot mat to be rolled up tight, straight and fold-free. The high-torque winding unit is fitted as standard with a fabric support on bearings, which considerably reduces the required pulling force. The height-adjustable spreader tube straightens the wrinkles.

Reliability by quality

The conveyor belt is extremely durable and reïnforced with steel bars. The steel bars ensure that an accidental damage to the belt has no influence on the strength of the belt, so you can always finish the job. The robust flights push any material (such as strawberries in pots) to great heights.

Safety and efficiency in one

The Bio Hopper XLE is equipped with the WSS system, which fully covers the winding of the fabric. The "safety doors" guard the entry of the material. Rolling up the canvas is only possible when the doors are fully open and the WSS system is closed. In closed position, the doors form a screen which prevents the material from passing through. This guarantees user safety and maximum efficiency.
