Bio Hopper XL750 PTO

The Bio Hopper XL750 PTO crop rotation machine is an efficient machine for clearing all kinds of crops and substrates in greenhouses, outdoor crops, or polytunnels. This machine is mostly used for the removal of horticultural waste, such as rock wool, perlite, coco peat, tomato leaves, strawberry crops or raspberry crops. The Bio Hopper rolls up the Transport fabric, pulling the material to the machine. The material is dumped into a (bunker)container or on the floor by means of a conveyor belt. Instead of containers the material can also be driven out with a foliage clamp

Robust conveyor belt

The Conveyor belt of this machine is 750mm longer than the standard Bio Hopper XL, making it suitable for working with larger containers. The conveyor belt is extremely durable and reïnforced with steel bars. The steel bars ensure that an accidental damage to the belt has no influence on the strength of the belt, so you can always finish the job. The conveyor is standard equipped with robust flights. With these flights short voluminous crops, such as strawberry plants in pots, can be lifted without rolling back. This is strongly recommended for cleaning out strawberry crops and other voluminous soft fruits.

Safe working

The Bio Hopper is equipped with safetydoors. These safetydoors ensure that the winding of the transport fabric is fully shielded. Winding is only possible when the safetydoors are fully opened. This guarantees the safety of the operators, without compromising on efficiency! In addition, the Bio Hopper is equipped with emergency stops all around.

Easy to operate

The Bio Hopper is equipped with a proportional hydraulic control, which makes the machine very smooth to operate. The control consists of two levers, of which one is used to roll up the fabric and the other to steer the fabric. Correct steering of the fabric ensures fold-free and straight rolling up of the transport fabric. This improves the life span
