Bio Hopper MLE-16A (Electric)

This fully electric powered Bio Hopper MLE is an efficient crop rotation machine for removal of all kinds of horticultural crops, leaf waste, substrates and foils. This powerful clean out machine has a number of unique features, which make it particularly useful in breeding companies, plant nurseries and greenhouses with limited space. This machine is an ideal machine for clearing tomato leaf, or cucumber crop during the cultivation period.

Compact and Manoeuvrable

This crop waste handler has very compact dimensions. The machine is moved by an optionally integrated, battery powered, pallet lifter. The combination of these features results in a very manoeuvrable, flexible machine. This makes the Bio Hoper MLE ideal for applications in greenhouses with limited space. This crop rotation machine is easily manoeuvrable in corridors and parallel growing areas.

Zero Emission Crop Rotation

The machine is powered by a 400V/16A three-phase power supply, which means it can be used in almost any greenhouse. (Deviant power supplies available on request) The functions for winding and steering of the transport mat are hydraulically proportional. This results in a very smooth and gradual control of the machine. The conveyor belt is electrically driven and the belt speed is stepless adjustable.

Straight and fold-free fabric winding

The Bio Hopper is equipped with integrated fabric steering, which enables the transpot mat to be rolled up tight, straight and fold-free. The high-torque winding unit is fitted as standard with a fabric support on bearings, which considerably reduces the required pulling force. The height-adjustable spreader tube straightens the wrinkles.

Safety

The Bio Hopper MLE is equipped with a fully shielded winder unit (WSS system) and "safety doors", so that the entire infeed is fully shielded. Rolling up of the fabric is only possible when the doors are fully open and the WSS system is closed.
