This compact profiler (leveller) is ideal for levelling (horizontal), grading (sloped) and compaction of sand, soil and rubble for the construction of pavements, cycle paths, footpaths, sidewalks, concrete floors, asphalt, etc. The slide plate with hardox blade of this, ANK (Automatic levelling Kilverbord) handles the ""skimming"" of the surface, while the hydraulically adjustable bottom plate creates a well compacted surface, which can be paved directly.
The quick-change system turns your wheel loader in a snap into a perfectly working grader. The leveller is controlled by an MCS (Sitech) proportional laser control system, which is specifically designed for Weterings levellers. This fully automatic levelling systeem provides a very high accuracy.
This version features hydraulic doors and a manually adjustable sole plate. When the Hardox front and doorblades wear out, the sole plate can be adjusted. This leads to a much larger lifespan of the Hardox blades before they need replacing.
Application:
This sliding board is suitable for relatively large wheel loaders with a width of up to 300 cm on the outside of the wheels.
