This compact profiler (leveler) is ideal for leveling (horizontal), grading (sloped) and compaction of sand, soil and rubble for the construction of pavements, cycle paths, footpaths, sidewalks, concrete floors, asphalt, etc. The slide plate with hardox blade of this, ANK (Automatic leveling Kilverbord) handles the ""skimming"" of the surface, while the hydraulically adjustable bottom plate creates a well compacted surface, which can be paved directly.
The quick-change system turns your wheel loader in a snap into a perfectly working grader. The leveler is controlled by an MCS (Sitech) proportional laser control system, which is specifically designed for Weterings levelers. This fully automatic leveling systeem provides a very high accuracy.
This version features a round dozer blade which is used for moving and spreading heaps of sand and soil. The leveller is also equipped with hydraulic doors and a manually adjustable bottom plate. When the Hardox blades on the sides wear down, the bottom plate can be adjusted. This leads to a much larger lifespan of the hardox blades before they need replacing.
